JAMBOX Entertainment is a full-service recording facility in Midtown Manhattan. One of the services we offer is the JAMBOX Summer Artist Bootcamp program. The program is geared towards young people between the ages 8-18 who are interested in the arts.
The JAMBOX Summer Artist Bootcamp program aims to coach and mentor young, aspiring performers and artists and teach them skills such as recording studio etiquette, songwriting, music theory, stage presence and artist promotion!
Last year, we had a phenomenal turnout. We took eight aspiring artists under our wings and gave them our best throughout the summer months, culminating in a most memorable showcase. MTV host Lenay Dunn says, "This was by far, not a just a talent contest, but a professionally produced show that everyone enjoyed."
Help us on our quest to find this year's group of most talented kids, and give your child a chance to get a head start in one of the most competitive industries in the world by signing them up for our JAMBOX Summer Artist Bootcamp program. Auditions have officially started at our Midtown, NYC location, a block and a half from Penn Station, and the program is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 2nd 2014.
