Last night, was the second preliminaries of Karaoke Idol; gotta be the hottest karaoke competition in the city. Contest is sponsored in part by JAMBOX Entertainment and Absolut Vodka. The contest was held at club Lips which is known for its fine dining and top talented drag superstar staff! JAMBOX's own Ray Schwarz, who's been featured on America's Got Talent, was one of the talented 13 contestants to who took to the Karaoke Idol stage last night with his rendition of "My Life Would Suck Without You" by Kelly Clarkson.One of JAMBOX's newest singers April Belis belted out "Diamonds" by Rihanna. However, the show belonged to JAMBOX's supastar Nicole Vanessa Ortiz who, fresh off her wins at Amateur Night At The Apollo, brought the house down with her version of "Listen" by Beyonce. The whole night was filled with a wide range of amazing talent including the super sexy and super sultry renditions, R&B, Hip hop, classical, rock and musical theatre styles.Look out for the Karaoke Idol Finals on Tuesday, November 13, 2012!
